Share

As election buzz hits a fever pitch, Chloë Grace Moretz’s endorsement of Kamala Harris not only set the internet ablaze but also gave fans a peek into her love life—and we’re here for it!

Chloë has been a bit under the radar on the acting front recently, but she’s got seven new projects lined up—so, CGM fans, you’re about to see a lot more of her soon!

She’s been super focused on her career, but her post about voting for Harris got fans talking for a whole different reason.

Chloë shared her support for Harris, emphasizing how important it is to have legal protections for the LGBTQ+ community, TheyGossip.com reports.

And yes, she made it clear that she’s a proud gay woman, sparking even more love and support from her fandom.

While Chloë’s fans have been shipping her with a potential female partner since 2018 (yes, there are entire fan pages dedicated to it), this was one of the few times she’s publicly addressed her sexuality.

Let’s dive into a little trip down memory lane with Chloë Grace Moretz’s dating history—this timeline’s got a few surprises.

Kate Harrison (2018)

Chloë Grace Moretz and model-slash-photographer Kate Harrison first made headlines as a couple back in 2018 when they were spotted all cozy at Nobu Malibu.

After a very public relationship with Brooklyn Beckham, Chloë opted to keep things super low-key this time around, only confirming in a November 2022 interview that she’s “in a long-term relationship” she “really enjoys.”

Chloe and Kate have been together for six years and they might be engaged too!!

Since then, we’ve gotten the occasional adorable couple pics from them—think fashion shows, Disneyland dates, and even friends’ weddings, giving fans a sneak peek at their life together.

Chloë’s stayed private about her love life, but she’s been real about the pressures of labeling sexuality.

In a 2018 interview with The Independent, she called out how unfair it is to assume anyone’s sexuality.

Brooklyn Beckham (2014 – 2018)

Asked about her role in The Miseducation of Cameron Post and the idea of a straight woman playing a queer character, she kept it real, saying, “don’t assume anyone’s sexuality”—an important reminder to keep it open-minded.

Chloë Grace Moretz and Brooklyn Beckham’s on-and-off romance first sparked in 2014, reportedly after meeting at Paris Fashion Week.

Soon after, they were spotted hanging out, with sightings of them skateboarding in LA and attending SoulCycle sessions together.

By August, they were seen at a music festival, though Chloë often kept her comments about their relationship vague, calling Brooklyn a risk-taker who loved skateboarding just like her.

Though rumors swirled, both teens tried to downplay their connection, with Chloë keeping things light in interviews, saying Brooklyn was just a friend and a soccer enthusiast.

Their relationship hit a pause in 2015, with Brooklyn later being seen with model Sonia Ben Ammar. However, by early 2016, the two were spotted together again in London, and Brooklyn posted sweet Instagrams that hinted at a rekindled romance.

Over the next few months, their relationship became Instagram-official with shared photos and cute captions.

They even made their red carpet debut in May 2016 for Chloë’s Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising premiere, where they looked totally in sync.

Their frequent posts and public outings solidified their couple status, and Chloë often praised Brooklyn’s respect for her passion and activism.

After a quiet 2016, things flared up again in 2017, with the two posting matching shoes, throwback pics, and a video of Brooklyn planting a kiss on Chloë’s cheek.

Brooklyn even joined her in Dublin, and fans couldn’t get enough of them acting cute in grocery stores and being affectionate.

However, by April 2018, things took a dramatic turn when photos surfaced of Brooklyn kissing model Lexi Wood, leading to speculation that he and Chloë had split.

Chloë soon appeared without her engraved ring bearing Brooklyn’s initial, and fans began to suspect the end was near.

Shortly afterward, Chloë made a subtle statement by replacing the “B” ring with a “C,” indicating she was moving on.

The two, despite their high-profile connection, drifted apart, moving forward with new relationships.
