The duo was involved in a messy custody battle for their kids as Sophie wanted her daughter to move permanently to England and Joe did not agree.
The trial for the custody battle has been moved into the new year because Jonas has reasoned that he was on tour.
Currently, the court has assigned a temporary custody schedule and according to it, they will share their daughter for holidays and everything else.
