Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson’s relationship is getting even more complicated as the days go by.
With restraining orders being filed left and right other family members are being included in the legal battle, HeTexted.com reports.
Palmer was the initial person to obtain a temporary restraining order against Darius and temporary sole custody of their son, Leodis.
Keke accused her former partner of physical abuse, but Darius has refuted Keke’s allegations mentioned in the court papers.
Jackson submitted documents asserting that she was, in fact, the main instigator. He then requested a domestic violence restraining order against Keke Palmer.
In his request, Jackson asked Palmer to refrain from contacting him and to maintain a distance of 100 yards from him, his home, and his vehicle.
Back in early November, Palmer was granted a temporary restraining order against Jackson, along with temporary sole custody of their son.
And now the latest court filing restraining order came from Darius Jackson’s sibling, Sarunas, who has taken legal action by filing a restraining order against the actress.
In a document submitted on January 19th, Sarunas accuses Keke of spreading false information about their family and him through the media, leveraging her fame to do so.
Palmer has yet to comment on this matter.

July 5, 2023: The Usher Concert
Jackson takes to Twitter to publicly call out Palmer for her choice of attire at a Usher concert in Vegas.
In response to a video of his girlfriend being serenaded by the singer, Jackson writes, “It’s the outfit tho… you a mom,”
However, his tweet receives significant backlash, prompting him to defend his stance with a follow-up tweet.
“We live in a generation where a man of the family doesn’t want the wife & mother to his kids to showcase booty cheeks to please others & he gets told how much of a hater he is.” he wrote.
Jackson concludes, “This is my family & my representation. I have standards & morals to what I believe. I rest my case.”
Since then the tweets have been deleted from his account.
Keke on the other hand had appeared very unbothered by the whole situation posting snaps from the concert and captioning the post, “I wish I had taken more pictures but we were running late!”
July 12, 2023: Darius wants himself and Keke to be perfect
In an episode of Baby, This is Keke Palmer Jackson opened up about the pressures that come with being in a relationship in the spotlight.
He talked about how he felt the need to be perfect and how that pressure affected his mindset.
Not only did he hold himself to a perfect standard, but he also expected Keke to be perfect as well. Any small flaw from either of them would turn into a huge issue, almost like World War III.
November 2023: Palmer files restraining order
Keke made the difficult decision of filing a restraining order against Jackson and requesting sole custody of their son. The court has granted her both requests.
Palmer accused Jackson of domestic violence on multiple occasions throughout their two-year relationship.
She emphasized that their relationship finally ended in October due to the physical and emotional abuse inflicted by Jackson.
In particular, the actress mentioned one incident that occurred in November, where Darius entered her house without permission and threatened her.
He then proceeded to physically assault her by lunging for her neck, striking her, throwing her over the couch, and even stealing her phone.
Palmer also recounted instances where Jackson destroyed her personal belongings, including diaries and prescription eyeglasses.
He would throw her belongings into the street, snatch her car keys to prevent her from leaving, and even verbally abuse her in front of their son.
Additionally, he made threats of self-harm with a gun if she were to leave him. The abuse extended to harassment and other forms of physical and emotional mistreatment.

A lot of theories were thrown left and right about whether the whole thing going on with her and Jackson’s relationship was a PR strategy.
So, Palmer took to Instagram to express her frustration with fan conspiracy theories.
In a heartfelt post, she shared a video of herself holding her son Leo, dressed in a vibrant red robe.
Keke captioned the post with a powerful message, stating that her life is not a mere marketing strategy like reality TV would have people believe.
She emphasized that her life is currently falling apart, and she bravely faces her struggles.
