Kayla Richart, Sebastian Melrose, and Micah Lussier Love Triangle and Their POVs

Share

Looks like cuffing season didn’t get the memo for some of our fave influencers, because Too Hot To Handle stars Kayla Richart and Seb Melrose just called it quits!

ICYMI, Kayla dropped the breakup bomb in a TikTok on Sept. 12, and trust us, this split is anything but clean.

We’re talking drama, rumors, and even some Love Is Blind crossover tea. Grab your popcorn!

For those who need a refresher, Kayla and Seb first met on Too Hot To Handle Season 4. Sure, their journey had a few bumps along the way (hello, reality TV romance!), but by the end, they had everyone rooting for them.

After the show, they stayed together (aside from a short break), which made this breakup feel even more heartbreaking for fans who thought they’d go the distance,  theygossip.com reports.

Now, here’s where things get messy. Just a few days before Kayla’s TikTok reveal, Seb was spotted with Love Is Blind star Micah Lussier at New York Fashion Week (NYFW).

Naturally, the internet started buzzing, with fans wondering if Micah had something to do with Seb and Kayla’s breakup. The timing? Sus, right?

Micah wasn’t having it, though. She hopped on TikTok on Sept. 15 to shut down the rumors, saying there was no drama on her end and that her hangout with Seb at NYFW was totally innocent.

Let’s break down their TikToks and all the things that were said in the videos. Get ready for some tea!!

Kayla Richart’s Side Of The Story

In her recent TikTok, Kayla Richart made it clear that she never planned to air the drama surrounding her breakup with Seb Melrose online.

But according to her, Seb’s actions left her no choice. “My now ex-boyfriend decided to humiliate, disrespect, and cross boundaries online publicly for three days straight,” Kayla explained. “So he started this, and I’m going to finish it.”

Although Kayla didn’t spill all the tea on what exactly went down, it’s safe to say things got really messy. “I know you guys really want me to spill the tea and drop the receipts and, trust me, a large part of me wants to do that,” she teased.

But in the end, Kayla chose to hold back on the details, reminding fans that they “watched everything unfold together.”

She also touched on the emotional strain of handling the situation offline, revealing she felt “gaslit” and was labeled “insecure” while her boundaries were crossed by those involved.

By the end of the video, Kayla opened up about the toll the breakup drama had taken on her mental health.

But despite the heartbreak, she wanted to set a positive example for the fans who admired her relationship with Seb. “Everyone has their breaking point, and this is mine,” she said.

Sebastian Melrose’s Side Of The Story

Seb Melrose took to TikTok to address his breakup with Too Hot to Handle co-star Kayla Richart and shut down cheating rumors involving Love Is Blind star Micah Lussier.

Seb clarified that his relationship with Micah was strictly professional, explaining they worked together during New York Fashion Week.

He claimed Kayla initially supported his plans but became less so as the event approached.

“First of all, I just wanted to address the allegations that I’ve been cheating with Micah — they are 100 percent false. This did not happen,” Seb said, explaining that his interactions with Micah were purely professional.

According to Seb, they met about a month ago for a career-related meeting with Micah’s management, and everything was strictly work-related.

Seb voiced his disappointment that Kayla chose to bring the situation online rather than reaching out to him directly.

He emphasized that he and Micah were nothing more than friends, saying it’s “obvious to anyone who has been around us.” In a mic-drop moment, Seb added in the comments, “I found out I was single on my FYP.”

Micah Lussier’s Side Of The Story

In her TikTok, Micah Lussier addressed the drama surrounding Kayla Richart and Seb Melrose’s breakup, stating that going public was the last thing she wanted to do.

As a fan of the couple from Too Hot To Handle, Lussier denied any involvement in their split.

She explained that her meetup with Seb at New York Fashion Week was strictly for work, arranged by his team and that she was told Kayla was supportive.

Lussier admitted she could have handled things better by reaching out to Kayla directly but believed there was no issue based on what Seb’s team communicated.

She mentioned that after receiving a DM from Kayla expressing discomfort with their posts, she stopped sharing content with Seb that wasn’t professionally required.

Lussier wrapped up by reminding viewers that while reality stars are characters on screen, they are real people and urged for kindness in online interactions.
