The incident in question happened about five and a half years ago right on Kay’s birthday. The couple was enjoying a bottle of wine and having a blast playing their go-to game, “Winecraft” (a mashup of Minecraft and wine) when things took a scary turn.
Kay had no idea that the new medication she was on for her autoimmune issue should not have been mixed with alcohol.
Kay shared that she woke up in the night feeling all mixed up, thinking they hadn’t celebrated her birthday yet.
In her dazed state, she tried to head out of the house, but Tay, sensing something was off, stepped in to make sure she was okay.
A Call For Help Leads To Misunderstanding
After that, things took a turn for the worse with a bunch of misunderstandings piling up.
Kay mentioned that her dad used to be a police chief, so reaching out to the cops seemed like the obvious choice. Tay was on the same page, thinking the police could help keep Kay safe.

When the officers showed up, they split the couple up to ask questions. Tay remembers the cops being pretty chill and friendly, but in the end, they decided one of them had to leave for the night.
Since neither of them could drive(they both had been drinking that night), Tay stepped up and said he’d go with the police. The next day Kay bailed Tay out however he was charged with harassment.

After going for her check-up as she always does, Kay found out that mixing her meds with alcohol had caused her to hallucinate.
The couple made it clear that there was no domestic violence or harassment, and eventually, the charges against Tay were dropped.
