The Olympics are just days away!! And there is this saying, couples who medal together stay together!
When you think of power couples, you probably think of celebs like Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, or Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. But don’t forget about the Olympic couples!
Love always sneaks in, even between sports rivals. Whether you’re opponents on the field, from different teams, or just into different sports, love still manages to find its way.
Every couple of years, we all tune in to see the top athletes in the world go head-to-head at the Summer or Winter Olympics.
While some steal the show with their amazing performances, we can’t help but swoon over those who found love on the field.
Surprisingly, there are tons of Olympic lovebirds out there – dating, engaged or even married.
That is how I came across Tara Davis and Hunter Woodhall and I am more than happy that they will be making a comeback this year, theygossip.com reports!!
Tara and Hunter are about to crush it at the 2024 Paris Games, and we’re all about their epic love story that’s worth way more than any gold medal.
Let’s take a look at their love story!!!

Hunter and Tara’s Story
They met on February 16 a day before Hunter’s birthday! Tara had to fly from California to Utah and then drive to Idaho to participate in the Simplot Games. Guess who else was there too? Yes, Hunter!
Tara was the first to spot Hunter. He was warming up for the 400-meter run and she was like who is that and got confused about his legs.
However, Hunter already had his eyes on her and he kind of liked her. That’s how he decided that she was the one and even told his best friend that he would marry her one day!!
The next day, it was race time!! Hunter was running the 400 meters while Tara was cheering him on from the sidelines. After he finished, she gave him a big hug.
That’s when things started heating up, especially after they had a chance to chat. But that was just the beginning.
Tara made the first move, then the second by following him on Instagram, and finally the third when she slid into his DMs.
They kind of became friends, exchanged numbers and all that but they ddi not talk to one another for long.
Sometime around April 2017 they met once again at another competition and decided to go to a party together.
Hunter Woodhall and Tara Davis became a couple during the summer while on a trip to Coronado, California.
They had to deal with the whole long-distance thing when Davis went to the University of Georgia and then switched to the University of Texas, while Woodhall was at the University of Arkansas.

They’re currently grinding hard in training for the 2024 Olympics which kick off on the 25th of this month.
