Halle and Chloe gained popularity at a young age by sharing videos of them singing cover songs on the internet and now that their life has changed since becoming part of Hollywood.
Chloe x Halle really stands out to me because of how well they complement each other in their music, HeTexted.com reports.
It’s refreshing to see a music group where there isn’t any tension or competition between the members.
Both Chloe and Halle bring their own unique talents to the table. Chloe takes on the role of the main producer for most of their material, but when you listen to their songs, you can tell that both sisters have contributed to the final product.
One thing that really impresses me is their voices. Both girls have a clear understanding of their own vocal abilities.
I don’t have any hate towards anyone, but I’ve noticed that people tend to favor Halle over Chloe.
She seems to attract more attention from fans and celebrities, like Brandy who even wanted Halle to portray her in a biopic.
Halle also seems to get more opportunities, like landing the role of Ariel in the upcoming The Little Mermaid movie.
It got me thinking that one of them having more chances to shine than the other might have somehow affected their sisterly bond. That’s why we’ll be exploring their relationship now that they’ve both embarked on their solo careers.

Chloe and Halle’s bond after their solo careers
At the beginning of 2021, the duo announced their decision to launch their own social media accounts.
The main goal behind this strategic maneuver was to boost and showcase their individual projects.
Chloe, for instance, unveiled her very first album titled “In Pieces” and also delved into acting with roles in projects like “Swarm” and “Praise This.”
Meanwhile, Halle has been hustling in the film industry, scoring roles in the live-action remake of Disney’s “The Little Mermaid” and the upcoming movie adaptation of the Broadway musical version of Alice Walker’s “The Color Purple.”
Not only that but they have also been going on solo tours around the world.
Let’s spill the tea on where the sisters really stand by checking out their social media because we all know that’s where the drama unfolds!
Since 2021 Halle and Chloe have been focusing on their solo careers
We scrolled all the way down to the very beginning in Chole’s Instagram and it is safe to say that there had been only one post of her and Halle in the same frame where she wished her a happy birthday.
Chloe not posting her sister on her Instagram page continued till mid-2022 when the singer posted a video of her and Halle on stage performing together.
The second post followed a few months later with the two sisters in the same frame as Beyonce but Halle was weirdly cropped out! This has to count for something!
Then again it took Chloe another year to post Halle on her Instagram page. As of 2024, Chloe has two posts of her and her sister in the same frame posted on her Instagram Page.
Halle on the other hand has about three pictures of her and her sister in the same frame.
One of the main reasons why these two might have not posted one another that much could be their focus on their solo careers or the fact that they have a joint account to do that.
Which mostly has posts of the two back from 2021 and a few from 2023 putting to light the fact that they were really focused somewhere else like family.
Chloe has spilled a few times tea about her separation anxiety from her sister, I was like, “I feel you, girl.”
Those two manage to keep the sisterly love alive even when they’re miles apart. Halle filmed in Europe for The Little Mermaid while Chloe held it down in the U.S.? No problem.
Halle and Chloe’s bond has not been fazed by their solo carers, it has become even stronger
They stayed connected through Instagram Live, hyping each other up and shutting down the haters. Ain’t no competition here, just pure sisterly love.
Chloe faced online trolls as she geared up to drop her solo stuff in 2021, but her sister had her back.
And when Halle dealt with racist haters for landing the role of the first Black Ariel, Chloe proudly hyped up her sister. Their mutual support showed that no one’s shine outshone the other’s.
They’re not afraid to spread their wings and soar, knowing they have their ride-or-die crew backing them up. Thanks to their unbreakable sisterhood, they strut around solo with confidence.
